At HJM Bike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@hjmbike.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and pack it securely in the original factory box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and chargers are included.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
